Providing an easy-to-understand paradigm to guide a deeper understanding of how each Creative Leader uniquely thinks, acts and feels, gives everyone a basis and common language to lead their fellow humans with compassion and kindness

Our magic is created with both science and a deep understanding of human needs, which means that our model is not only tried and tested, it guarantees results in behavioural and organisational change.

People don’t approach problems, communicate their needs, prioritise their actions, or see the world in the same way as others. This diversity can create miscommunication, conflict, stagnant strategies, and impede progress.

We understand that to empower growth and embrace change, humans need to move through four levels of being. We have to activate our thinking in order to drive our doing, and change the experience of how we relate and feel to create behavioural and cultural shifts.

With our methodology of Human First, we equip your superheroes to reinvent their blueprint to create a trigger-free life through understanding and self-love. Our creative programs address the four levels of human experience in a non-threatening or judgemental way that instantly generates ‘ah-ha’ moments.

The non-bias nature of our unique framework ensures that all demographics engage equally and grow with the knowledge and skills they are given. These fundamental shifts are implemented immediately into the ecosystem of your organisation’s relationships, productivity, leadership style, structure, and leadership trust.

Individuals, teams and organisations are ignited to participate in change, adapt behaviours, and become curious about an ever-changing future that they are empowered to succeed in.

THE UP TEAM'S RESEARCH

Having spent a collective 38 years transforming organisations globally, the UP Teams' deep passion for understanding how to change the leadership paradigm led both co-founders to carry out extensive and published research on "Cultivating Creative Leadership" and "Masculine verse Feminine Qualities and Behaviour".

This research and experience has enabled the UP Team to have a deep understanding of what it means to lead in the modern world, and more importantly, what it means to excel using the feminine qualities of compassion, cooperation, and creativity in concert with the

masculine attributes of assertiveness, structure, and independence. A balance of the two is necessary to create authentic connections with those whom you lead, which results in a heightened sense of self, coupled with the awareness of how we interact with others.

The past 70 years of leadership research has been based on monolithic models whilst ours is based on diversity, empathy, and collectiveness. Our Creative Connection Paradigm anchors its essence in supporting the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed

to celebrate and utilise a creative mindset that bridges the masculine with the feminine.

Research shows that empathy and creativity will be the only way for organisations and leaders to survive in this rapidly changing landscape. Implementing creative leadership more broadly and deeply into ecosystems disrupts the bureaucratic environment we lead in, and opens the celebration of innovation by enabling diversity in the community. Promoting creativity over risk-aversion allows for rapid economic growth for any industry and is a must-have culture mindset for businesses who aim for longevity.

THE IMPORTANCE OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP FOR YOU

Creative leaders support the appreciation of diverse views and bridge the importance of both masculine and feminine qualities within organisational culture. This empathy ignites innovation and engagement, and allows communities to see the world beyond their cognitive, behavioural, and emotional constraints.

An organisation actively cultivating empathy and creativity understands the multiple layers of stress that people are now exposed to and seeks to place people before process, thus increasing retention, productivity, loyalty, and passion.
